We are very pleased and very proud to announce that we have recently partnered with Nashville’s venerable Ferguson Enterprises to showcase Smart Home technology within the Ferguson kitchen showroom.  This partnership offers homeowners, homebuilders, lighting designers, architects, and interior architects a first hand look at one of the fastest growing segments of the home design industry.

The Ferguson showroom offers a state-of-the-art model kitchen showcasing the many options homeowners, builders, and designers have available to them for remodels, renovations, and new homes.  The addition of Smart Home technologies takes Ferguson’s already impressive display to the next level of home innovations.   AVDC has integrated a top-tier design within the showroom.  Visitors can sample a system that allows control of lighting, music and entertainment, heating and air, and security systems within a single LCD touch panel.  “Beyond their unrivaled reliability, the beauty of these systems is their ease of use,” says Steven Hooper, President of AVDC.  “There’s nothing I love more than seeing the excitement on a client’s face when they realize they can watch television, check the video surveillance at their front door, turn on their sound system, and alter their home’s lighting mood with one simple touch panel.  What really seems to excite them is when they see it takes less than thirty seconds to learn how to use them.”  Hooper went on to express his enthusiasm about this partnership with Ferguson.  “This is a great fit for both of our companies.  Smart Home technology is growing at an incredible rate, and we can’t think of a better venue than Ferguson’s to give clients the opportunity to view and play with these systems in person.”

Middle Tennesseans can stop by the showroom for a hands-on viewing.  The Ferguson showroom is located at 3201-B Powell Avenue in Nashville.  The showroom hours are 9 AM to 5 PM Monday through Friday and 9 AM to 3 PM on Saturdays.
